Résumé de la première journée du championnat d’Europe de judo séniors , Montpellier, pour les judokas de l’équipe de France de judo .Bilan satisfaisant avec 3 titres de champions d’Europe et 3 médailles de bronze.
Amandine Buchard , dans la catégorie des -52 kg , l’emporte en finale contre Distria Krasniqi , qui demeure très puissante debout , et surtout au revers , mais des qu’amandine passe de la liaison debout / sol , le tempo passe à l’avantage d’amandine qui impose l’immobilisation .Ce qui lui vaut la partie gagnante de sa finale.Bravo !!!!!!
Shirine Boukili , remporte sa finale contre Catarina Costa dans la catégorie des -48kg , avec un sumi-goshi en tout début de période puis après un golden score de 1min et 25 secondes . Bravo pour sa performance , qui permet à ‘l’équipe de France de judo de remporter le titre de championne d’Europe .
Sarah Leonie Cysique dans la catégorie des -57kg remporte sa place de 3 pour le bronze avec une blessure au genou ( distension du ligament du genou) donc un net désavantage , mais quand on est judoka on connait la marche à suivre , l’esprit prend le dessus sur les douleurs que le corps peut ressentir et surtout le contexte du championnat d’Europe .Sarah sort vainqueur de son combat avec la médaille de bronze avec 2 waza ari contre Pauline Starke ( allemagne).
« on imagine que sarah a du serrer les dents si je peux m’exprimer ainsi »quand on connait la douleur d’une élongation de ligament antérieur , latéral au niveau des genoux.

Luka Mkheidze remporte le titre de champion d’Europe dans la catégorie des – 60 kg contre Dilshot Khalmotov avec un waza ari marqué en début de combat.
Tandis que Romain Valadier – Picard en -60kg remporte également son combat pour la place de 3 et gagne la médaille de Bronze contre son adversaire Jorre Verstraeten après un golden score de 5 minutes , en marquant des pénalités pour non combativité de son adversaire.
Walide Khyar dans la catégorie des -66kg , remporte son combat pour la place de 3 , et obtient ainsi la médaille de Bronze contre Murad Chopanov en prenant l’initiative tout le long de son combat et marque un waza ari avec un sumi-gaeshi décisif.

Summary of the first day of the European senior judo championships, Montpellier, for the judokas of the French judo team, with 3 European champion titles and 3 bronze medals.
Amandine Buchard , in the -52 kg category, won her final against Distria Krasniqi , who remained very powerful on her feet, and especially on her backhand, but as soon as Amandine switched from standing to floor, the tempo shifted to Amandine’s advantage and she imposed the immobilization, which earned her the winning part of her final. well done !!!!!!

Sarah won her bronze medal with 2 waza ari against Pauline Starke (Germany).

Luka Mkheidze wins the European champion title in the -60 kg category against Dilshot Khalmotov with an early waza ari.
Romain Valadier – Picard in the -60kg category also won his fight for the 3rd place and took the bronze medal against his opponent Jorre Verstraeten after a golden score of 5 minutes, scoring penalties for his opponent’s lack of fighting spirit.
Walide Khyar, in the -66kg category, won his bout for the 3rd place, and took the Bronze medal against Murad Chopanov, taking the initiative throughout his bout and scoring a waza ari with a decisive sumi-gaeshi.
