World Press Briefing PARIS 2024

Une réunion d’information organisée par le comité olympiques et le CNOSF de PARIS 2024 , réunissant plus de 300 journalistes et photographes de sport pour les prochains jeux olympiques de PARIS 2024 , à PARIS du 4 au 7 sep 2023.

Le lundi 4 sep 2023 fut la journée consacrée pour la perception des accréditations afin de pouvoir participer au World Press Briefing paris 2024 à partir de l’après midi. et se présenter au comptoir d’information de bienvenue et recevoir un kit de bienvenue ainsi que les informations nécessaires pour suivre les réunions et prendre en compte le planning de la semaine très chargée.

Le mardi 5 sep 2023 , s’est tenue une réunion d’information World Press Briefing paris 2024. La réunion d’information s’articula sur une session plénière abordants les points sur les moyens et équipements mis à disposition pour les médias , les journalistes , les photographes , les moyens de circulation pour aller d’un site à un autre , les droits et devoirs ( centre média , village olympique, interviews) , la localisation du média center , des accréditations , des besoins en hébergements pour la période des jeux olympiques , du système de transport Connect qui sera mis en place durant les jeux olympiques , la possibilité d’utiliser les transports public autres ceux spécifiques en fonction des besoins de chacun .

à l’issue de chaque thème abordée s’en est suivie d’une série de questions/ réponses entre les protagonistes organisateurs des jeux olympiques et les photographes , journalistes et médias.

Puis après la session plénière , une réunion d’information relative aux photographes s’est tenue afin de donner les grandes lignes de la charte à venir sur les droits et devoirs de chaque médias , droit d’image , de diffusion , les emplacements prévus pour les photographes sur les différents sites .

Le mercredi 6 sep 2024 , était planifié pour les plus de 300 journalistes et photographes de sport présent une visite des sites olympique qui auront lieu pour PARIS2024.Autant vous dire que cela représentait déjà un défi de taille pour la planification du contingent média en bus dans paris et tout cela par forte chaleur 33°C. Donc une journée très ensoleillée et chaude ,

Pour ma part j’ai trouvé cela très agréable de pouvoir côtoyer des personnes que je connaissais dans le domaine média étranger judo , mais aussi l’occasion de pouvoir faire de nouvelle connaissance en matière d’opportunité professionnelle . Trés enrichissant pour moi au final.

Donc le journée du mercredi , s’articulait de la manière suivante intitulé venue tour paris 2024 :

– Arena Bercy : gymnastes , basketball , wheelchair basketball

– nautical stadium- varies-sur marne : rowing, canoë,para rowing, para canoe

-velodrome et BMX stadium : cycling track, BMX, racing et para cycling

-versailles : equestrian , modern pentathlon, et para equestrian( dressage)

-paris centre :

• grand palais: fencing , taekwondo,wheelchair fencing, para taekwondo
• pont Alexandre III: triathlon , marathon,swimming road cycling,para triathlon
• invalide: Athletics , road cycling, para archery,para Athletics
• Arena champ-de-mars: judo , wrestling , para judo, wheelchair rugby
• stade Tour Eiffel: Beach volleyball, football 5-A-SIDE

An information meeting organized by the PARIS 2024 Olympic Committee and CNOSF, bringing together more than 300 journalists and sports photographers for the upcoming PARIS 2024 Olympic Games, in PARIS from 4 to 7 Sep 2023.

Monday 4 sep 2023 was the day dedicated to collecting accreditations so as to be able to take part in the World Press Briefing paris 2024 from the afternoon. and present themselves at the welcome information desk and receive a welcome kit as well as the information needed to follow the meetings and take into account the schedule of the very busy week.

On Tuesday 5 Sep 2023 , a World Press Briefing paris 2024 was held. The briefing consisted of a plenary session covering media facilities, journalists, photographers, how to get from one site to another, rights and duties (media center, Olympic village, interviews), the location of the media center, accreditations, accommodation requirements for the Olympic Games period, the Connect transport system to be set up during the Olympic Games, the possibility of using public transport and other specific means to suit individual needs.

Each theme was followed by a series of questions and answers between the protagonists, organizers of the Olympic Games and the photographers, journalists and media.

Following the plenary session, an information meeting for photographers was held to outline the forthcoming charter on the rights and duties of each media outlet, image rights, broadcasting rights and the locations planned for photographers at the various venues.

On Wednesday, September 6, 2024, over 300 journalists and sports photographers were scheduled to visit the Olympic venues for PARIS2024, which represented a major challenge in terms of planning the media contingent by bus through Paris, and all this in the 33°C heat. So it was a very sunny and hot day,

For my part, I found it very pleasant to be able to rub shoulders with people I knew in the foreign judo media field, but also the opportunity to make new acquaintances in terms of professional opportunities. Very enriching for me in the end.
